Dr. Kaete Archer is a double Board-Certified Otolaryngologist and Facial Plastic Surgeon in Long Island and New York City. At Ear, Nose, and Throat Associates of Nassau County, her practice specializes in medical and cosmetic procedures of the face, neck, and nose including sinus surgery, septoplasty, rhinoplasty, skin cancer reconstruction, as well as botox/fillers, facelifts, and eyelid surgery.
Dr. Archer graduated from medical school with top distinction as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and with Honors in Research. She completed an intensive Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. Dr. Archer continued her training after residency by completing a highly competitive American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) fellowship under the direction of Dr. Stephen Perkins in Indianapolis, IN. In 2014 and 2017, she traveled to Vietnam with the AAFPRS FACE to FACE International medical mission teams where she lectured and participated in surgery for congenital deformities, trauma, and facial paralysis.
Dr. Archer is passionate about contributing to the field of Facial Plastic Surgery. She has been published in peer-reviewed journals, co-authored several chapters in Facial Plastic Surgery textbooks and has been invited to speak at national and international Facial Plastic Surgery conferences. She currently serves on several AAFPRS national committees.
